Client calls received during Regular Support Hours:
- Telephone calls to the Lifepoint Support Line are answered as quickly as possible. If all support reps are taking other calls, a voicemail system will take your message.
- E-mail requests to the Lifepoint Support e-mail address are responded to within 4 business hours with a case number. Please include the assigned case number in all follow-up e-mails.
Client calls received during On-Call Support Hours:
- Telephone calls will be answered and after hours support programmers will be contacted as needed (please refer to the PDF below for questions to be answered when calling after hours support.)
- E-mail requests to the Lifepoint Support e-mail will be addressed during the next business day.
